As of yesterday, my drac sensor data is once again not showing in orbit and it shows my server's power status as "offline" even though it is up and running fine.
It stopped working in January and a tech had to reset the drac card. It appears it's done it again. Any ideas?

It appears the DRAC card may be faulty and a tech said he has ordered a replacement DRAC card as it was not responding (again)

DRAC card was replaced last night and sensor data is now showing up correctly in orbit again. Thanks!

Hmmm... a bit disappointed in DRAC at this point.
Today my DRAC sensor data once again disappeared from Orbit, and the DRAC remote console is not responding.

I reopened your previous DRAC ticket. I've updated with some information. I have a hunch that your firewall is blocking racser/racadm from being able to communicate to the card.

Thank you very much Tomy.
Received an update to my ticket that after the firewall didn't solive it, the DRAC reset (I believe twice as the server was offline twice for about 25 minutes each time) also didn't solve the issue so (another) new DRAC card will be ordered. The first Dell DRAC card worked for 30 months before failing. The second Dell DRAC card lasted for only 5 months before failing.
At this point I'm impressed with The Planet's support, very impressed with the proactive re-opening of the ticket and quick investigation, but the Dell DRAC cards don't seem to be very well made, unless I'm just really unlucky with them.
