This is the second transaction for which I have purchased an SSL certificate only to NEVER get a receipt for the purchase. The order form must be broken, because I just keep getting errors when placing orders like "Unable to verify transaction," along with several security warnings. Considering you are selling SSL certificates for a profession, you would think they would have these kind of problems worked out.

I've emailed customer service on numerous occasions, and no one will reply. I just got off the phone and have been told I need to contact yet ANOTHER company for SSL support. I just want to be able to order SSL certificates... I don't care if The Planet bought GeoTrust and outsourced their customer service to Resell1.net, and they only offer online support.

I would appreciate being treated like a valuable customer. I was a loyal customer with GeoTrust for all my SSL needs for many years, but now I think I'm just going to switch to Enom or Godaddy, because frankly this is not acceptable.
