We received a ticket from abuse that someone is sending out phishing emails from our server. We host only one site on the server (its a windows server) for our company and we do not have the technical skills to do solve this alone. We are looking for someone who can help us with this ASAP. Why not just describe the problem your having so we can determine if we can help you.

First thing to do is to Remote Desktop in to the server, go to Control Panel, Administrative Tools, Services and stop any SMTP or email related services; that should at least stop the phishing emails from leaving your server. Then some 3rd party can take a look and determine what needs to be done to clear the mess up.

thanks, we found someone who was able to find the problem. Someone was exploiting our PHPlive script. I dont understand how they can keep selling it without putting out an upgrade, it seems it is a known problem for more than 6 month.
