Full Version: ROD / Remote Console: permission denied

I'm working with a RHE 3 server from ThePlanet (as oppposed to legacy Ev1) with cpanel. I followed the instructions detailed in Orbit for using the Remote Console:

QUOTE
Please use a ssh client to access the remote console.
IP Address:67.19.x.y (where x and y were real numbers)
Username:<a real username appeared here>
Password:<a real password appeared here>

So, I logged into the specified IP address using the username/password.
I get "permission denied". What's wrong?

BTW, I setup ROD/Remote Console as detailed in the various HowTos here.

I've had no problem using Remote Console on legacy EV1 servers in the past; however, it was clearly a totally different mechanism since you ssh'd using a special port, etc.

What am I missing?

Nevermind...I had a typo in the username. It works great!
