Full Version: Has anyone registered a new .org domain today?

Trying to register a new .org for the last 9 hours I'm getting a 2104: Billing failure ((ACCOUNT:1381 NSF, TRID:259128263)).

Wondering if I should try putting in a new order instead of trying to process existing, if it's an R1 issue or an external issue, something specific to the domain being ordered, etc.

Has anyone successfully processed a .org registration today?

Well, went ahead and registered the .org in question elsewhere and will transfer it in once R1's .org registration is working again.
Emailed reseller-support@resellone.net at 5:49 a.m. to report the problem, but got no response so I'm not sure if they are aware of it or not.

Can you update us on what the problem was once they respond? Im curious as to what went wrong.

I've just received word that this error has been corrected and ResellOne customers should now be able to register / transfer / renew .ORG domain names.

I don't think that's the correct e-mail address, support@resellone.net is what should be used. Is reseller-support@resellone.net published on the site somewhere?

Yes, reseller-support@resellone.net is listed on the bottom of the main control panel page at https://resellers.resellone.net/resellers/index

Hmm. I *think* I set reseller-support@resellone.net as a redirect to support@resellone.net when we launched but that seems to have stopped working correctly. I've asked the folks currently adminstrating that server to set the redirect back up.
