We have noticed an issue with ServerCommand not allowing our customers to view their open tickets. Our development team is aware of this issue and is in the process of correcting it. The Planet technicians can still view tickets internally and your tickets are being worked and updated as usual. I will post an update on this issue as soon as I receive one.

We are pleased to announce that our development and network teams have isolated and corrected the issue with ServerCommand. We have confirmed that customers can now view open tickets in ServerCommand. Thank you for your patience.
