To maintain the highest levels of quality in our data centers, we must perform scheduled system maintenance and upgrades across a number of servers in the Houston data centers. The maintenance helps us guarantee the security and performance of our IT infrastructure.
We’re providing advance notice of the system maintenance to ensure you have ample time to plan and prepare for the downtime so we can minimize the impact.
Maintenance Dates and Systems Affected:
Wednesday, March 21
• Planned Maintenance Time: 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM CST for up to 30 minutes
• Systems Affected: Service monitoring and the ability to make changes to ns1.ev1servers.net, ns5.ev1servers.net and ns1.resellone.net name servers in ServerCommand™ will be down.
Thursday, March 22
• Planned Maintenance Time: 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM CST for up to 4 hours
• Systems Affected: Tipping Point updates will not be available to view in ServerCommand until after the upgrade.
Thursday, March 22
• Planned Maintenance Time: Between 11:00 PM – 1:00 AM CST for up to 45 minutes
• Systems Affected: Certain functions with ServerCommand
Saturday, March 24
• Planned Maintenance Time: 12:00 AM – 6:00 AM CST for up to 6 hours
