At approx. 17:30hrs US CST we began to monitor peering problems with Verio and Level3 affecting inbound and outbound routes to several Houston prefixes. We are working with our upstream providers to get this resolved and will update this thread with additional information once it becomes available.

We have confirmed that this issue is now resolved.
