Server:

WHM 10.8.0 cPanel 10.9.0-S119
RedHat Enterprise 3 i686 - WHM X v3.1.0

ConfigServer Security & Firewall - csf v2.51

Problem:

I have a customer ( a friend luckily ) that can not access my server at all from his home network.... It appears to be an IP ban but I don't know where to look for his IP to be banned.

If they use a proxy server, they can get to the server or if they bring up AOL, they can bring up their site in the AOL browser.

Also, with the proxy and AOL, all computers on the network can see whatever page that the proxy or AOL computer can see and only the page that they are looking at, no other ones...

I looked through my firewall and didn't see it there, not sure where to look now.

I'm confused... I've never seen anything like this...
