this is the email I receive after each back up.

Can somebody tell me if everything is ok and what should I do in case I wan to to upgrade my hardisk ?

Only you can decide if the backup has been successful enough to meet your needs.

Since you have your logging set to Summary, there is no way to tell exactly what those three errors are, but since the backup says it completed successfully, we can only assume those were warnings about files which were locked and could not be backed up as a result.
