I have order disksync but I cant configure can anybody help me I am newbe for disksync
I have see this error in vvagent

Greetings,

A log like this can indicate several problems.

First and foremost, it could indicate that you have selected an incorrect vault IP address/DNS name, or that your firewall is blocking outgoing connections to the vault on ports 807 and 2546 (TCP).

Second, it could indicate that you did successfully register your computer with the vault and then deleted the vault profile from the "Agent Configuration..." Vaults tab.

If the latter is the case, you can register again with the "Re-register as a previously registered computer" option, and it will show you any hostnames which were previously registered to the vault.

If you continue to experience trouble, feel free to PM me your customer ID and hostname that you're having the trouble with and we can look into this further.
