i think smoething is wrong with the interconnection with abovenet and ev1
please make some tests to these 2 routers

getting same issues, 2-6% packetloss on my server as well.
I am having issues with what seems to be above.net as well. I cannot access theplanet.com or anything located on my server from my business location, however I am able to access both of them fine from home or from a connection at a coffee shop down the street.

Same. ABOVEnet is having some big problems. All of my European customers and even a few located in texas less than 100 mi from the datacenter can only download at 30 kb/s or less and have serious packetloss when going through abovenet. I can post traceroutes if that would help.

Exact same issue here. I opened a ticket on the 20th (1584342PLNT) but of course no luck there.
Phone support doesn't seem to have any idea what to do about it either....

Seems better since last night. I'm getting 120kb/sec compared to previous 200kb/sec and the 4kb/sec during the 3 day issue.
