Hello Jay,
Thank you for your query concerning www.bfroe.com.
First of all, neither of the things you mentioned are even remotely close to any kind of violation.
In addition, we have conducted an internal investigation into this website, and can confirm that it has no official affiliation with EA. Instead, www.bfroe.com offers an unofficial ‘complaints’ service for people who play Battlefield on a ranked server. By way of brief explanation, players can file a complaint with www.bfroe.com if they believe that a player on a ranked server is not complying with the ranked server’s “Rules of Engagement”. The proprietors of www.bfroe.com collate all such complaints, and submit them to EA’s Customer Support for official investigation. EA’s Customer Support will take appropriate action on complaints only if an EA investigation reveals that a player has violated the EA Online Terms and Conditions.
In addition, while EA supports player-created “Rules of Engagement” for their ranked servers such as those that appear on the BFROE website, we are not responsible for drafting or enforcing these rules. These rules were drafted by third party proprietors of Battlefield’s ranked servers. Proprietors of these ranked servers require players to comply with the “Rules of Engagement” on their servers.
We understand why you were uncertain about the services offered by www.bfroe.com, and its affiliation with EA. To ensure that other players are not similarly confused, we have requested BFROE to insert a clear statement that it has no official affiliation with EA, and to clearly describe the services that it offers on its homepage.
I hope that I have adequately answered your questions concerning www.bfroe.com – but if not, please feel free to email me with additional questions or concerns.
Sincerely,
EA Rep Argain

I am having a debate with BFROE about two issues. BFROE says that soloing in an attack helicopter and having a one-man locked squad are both violations of the ROE. They have kicked me for both of these issues and say that if they are repeated, I will be banned. I would please like some clarification on these issues so that I can show them and this can be worked out.
Thank you very much for your time!

Next time instead of jumping for the kick/ban button...do your research first.
