I attempt to renew a domain expiring tomorrow (which means midnight tonight maybe?) and it keeps telling me incorrect address for credit card. I've tried everything I know. I know the address! So, I call them and the guy on the phone asks for my customer number. I have no idea. He won't talk to me without it. Heck, you'd think this would be in my Profile but it is nowhere I can find.

You should have a customer Id number that is in your welcome note in servercommand/orbit. If you dont know it call Customer service and ask what it is. They will verify a few pieces of information with you, and then give you your customer id.
