I didn´t find the url of the load balance solutions at theplanet. Anyone could help me?

Call them. We worked with Gaby Salas with TP sales to get our load balanced solutions up (although they got sent over to EV1's datacenter instead).

Send a request to the private rack team: http://www.theplanet.com/hosting_accessories/private_racks/

They can locate your rack in either Houston or Dallas and can provide all the load balanced options you could use.
