Why am I banned from your forums?

I have found new servers to play on. I was told that I was banned from TS for my mouth, ok...so be it. But I did nothing to deserve a ban from the forums. I didn't even violate the rules for the forums. So I'm inclined to believe that I was banned from the forums because you do not want to listen to me tell you guys the truth. That seems rather unprofessional, does it not? You guys say it was for a good reason..then WHY don't you tell me? And I'm trying to get a hold of you so you guys can read the official response from EA that I have regarding the issues that I was kicked and threatened to be banned from.

we get these "edited" responses all the time......for your information Indianscout speaks with Ea and the head of DICE every morning...so post your "official" response emails all you want....these have been circulated since we started...lmao.

Enough evidence? Or would you like an email from EA confirming this? Can you not accept that you were wrong for once? And what's your beef with me? You were the one to ban me from TS first and delete my account, which IndianScout wasn't pleased about.

I banned you from TS and IP banned you from the BFROE forums. You have your own agenda and just want to agrue whatever point you want to make so I felt this was something I didnt want in my forums and TS. I have read the response for the EA rep and can tell you that none of it is true and we have not been contacted by EA to make any statement concerning our position with them, I can tell you that we communicate with Colin and the heads of MYIS daily so until we hear it from them we will keep doing what we do. As for Indian being upset for your ban I havent heard anything from him on it and will not remove the ban anytime soon.

So you're saying something in contrary with my proof from EA themselves about this issue? My only real point was that soloing in a chopper and having a one-man locked squad are NOT violations of the ROE. You kicked me for both of these and threatened to ban me if I do it again.

As for the forums...I've never done anything wrong in them. For TS, I was having a discussion with some of your admins about these issues. Then when I said I'll be back in a few minutes, I came back and I was banned. I am under the impression that I was banned because I was bring up good points. I've said before and I'll say it again: I'm not trying to start shit, I just want things to be ran the way the game was made.

My main point was that before Xtreme unjustifiably deleted my first account on the forums, I had several PMs with IndianScout concerning this issue. Now since the account has been deleted, I don't have those. Ask him or dig through your logs to find them for proof. IndianScout told me that he removed both of those rules from the server messages until he had an official ruling from DICE/EA, which after a week or two I was never given. Then I was doing both of these 'offenses' and was kicked by you guys. That's when I went into TS and stated my case. I didn't do anything wrong except explain my situation and you guys banned me.

And I don't know how you can say an official response from EA about these issues, specifically the first line, is fake.

I hope you realize your mistakes and unban me from all of your stuff, seeing as how I only want to get this issue worked out.

I'm glad you were able to get clarification from EA on the matter and hope your gaming experience hasnt been tainted. As for the the ban from BFROE it will stay, have a good day.

Awesome. So BFROE banned me for correcting their understanding of the ROE. Quality work guys.
