I have spent all today trying to order a $49 Geotrust SSL and keeping
getting the error:
"There is a server-side problem with the script you are trying to run
and a detailed Bug Report has been created for this error.
Suggested action: None. A detailed bug report has already been
created and this issue is being handled by our Development team. "
When will this be fixed as I have a client waiting for their SSL to
be installed.

I also need to renew a certificate.
Support via chat said it will be fixed by tomorrow morning at the latest. My tomorrow morning? Your tomorrow morning? or the Planets tomorrow morning. What I don't like is typing my CC details into a system that is obviously down - if it's down put up a holding page....... or is the system still able to charge the CC each time of my trying

I've been trying for over 5 days. Can't launch a clients website.
I've rung 5 times and keep getting hand balled from the planet to ev1 to the planet etc. Get told to email. Email tells me the error on the page is now fixed. Error is still there. Call again get told to create a trouble ticket. Waiting two days from the trouble ticket still no reply.
Don't understand whats going on with this whole merger thing but it's an utter mess.

TheHub from where did you order it?
The Rapid SSL Buy button just gives me this error message on the following page:

Unable to Authorize
We were unable to authorize your credit card after multiple attempts. The attempts have been logged and are available for review. Please contact SSL sales at ssl@ev1.net for further investigation.

Mind you I haven't inputted any information at this stage just clicked the 'Buy' button.
