I need to renew a domain. I log in to the old domains.ev1servers.net (or now domains.theplanet.com) site and hit "RENEW DOMAIN" and the process starts fine, but I get a blank page after submitting credit card information. No notification of success or failure. Is the system down?

I had this problem too, a support person said they were doing manual renewals and that the renewals pages were taken offline.
We have moved our 100 domains now to another registrar.
Im glad to be moving away from TP/EV1.

Still down, and I'm still waiting for them to send me forms.

This is unacceptable, I have sent the manual renewel form some 12hrs. ago, I have domains now expired and customers that don't believe me when I tell them it's because the register has the payment system down.

I have the same. You must fix this problem right now we are losing money here - not acceptable.
You must at least tell us what´s up! And where to get this manual renew form.

What a crazy situacion we can't renew domains because The Planet/EV1 have a problem and as the domains expire they are disactivated. Would it be possible to not disactivate untill the problem has been fixed and we have been permited to pay?

If you try to renew domains now you are able to download the 'manual renew form' which should be sent to domains@theplanet.com

Is this problem happening when you renew domains here:
https://domains.theplanet.com/cgi-bin/manage.cgi or inside of Orbit?

Yes this is the URL.
I was asked to download a form in .pdf and fill it out but I don't have a full copy of Acrobat reader, so I sent a Word.doc with all details ID etc. 24hrs. ago to epowell@theplanet.com.
I sent again a few hours ago to domains@theplanet.com and they replyed asking me to send the .pdf form, so I printed it filled it out and sent a scan with ID, CC, Word.doc etc. I hope they now have enough info to sort this out I have one domain that expired last night and more that expire today.
My email is admin@hostspain.net

I've just heard from The Planet and they tell me that the Word.doc will be fine, I hope this is sorted tonight.

Domain renewals are now fixed! I just verified by renewing my own domain.
