Today marks a significant milestone in our first “official” day. We have adopted The Planet as our new name with a new Web address at www.theplanet.com. This site has been designed so that information is easier to find and the site is easier to use. You’ll also see product lines with straight forward names like Economy Line, Entry-Level, Mid-Range and Performance Servers. On the services front, every customer is a winner. We’ve upgraded our service too. Built-In Value Service is free to everyone, and it comes with a 99.9% uptime SLA. For customers who want upgraded Managed Services, we have a 100% uptime SLA.
