What's the situation with consolidating servers onto the same VLAN ?

On this page https://orbit.theplanet.com/nav_network/vla..._acl_admin.html

It says "There is a fee involved for server VLAN consolidation"

I created a ticket with sales requesting to know the fee & I got a response along the lines that it can't be done without cancelling one server and getting a new one on the same VLAN then copying over all the files to the new server (no thanks!)

So, is orbit incorrect or was the ticket answer incorrect? I pointed out that page in orbit & the ticket just got closed with no reply.
