how about you ask them to run the servers the way you want it to be ran as long as it follows the ROE...aka no auto team switching...or pretty much just telling them to watch the teamkillers, hackers, glitchers and including no other rules to the servers. it can be anything you want kevin...just please change the ridiculous rules they have now.

The Insomnia servers are amazing because they are low-ping and always full. Now with the elimination of hackers/tkers/glitchers, the servers have the potential to be the best servers for BF2. But these little rules that take away all the fun are driving it away from that.

The reason that Insomnia servers are usually full is because they don't have little picky rules. If you want a server with petty rules, go play on one of the thousands of other clan servers. Insomnia has the best public servers and that's why they're so liked. I agree wholeheartedly with your handling of the Tkers/hackers/glitchers, but that's where I think you should draw the line. CC is doing a fine job and so are you guys, just taking things a little far IMO. I love to hop on TS and play with the regulars and so does everybody else.

Personally I don't have a problem if BFROE stops admining Insomnia servers but that is up to Indian. From the start this has been an up hill battle for us and yet we have made friends from these servers. The rules of how the servers should be admin'd should have been talked about up front and posted in these forums. I also find that the wake server to be the worst of all of them where there is no team work and most players just sitting there tking for a plane or helo. If you want the servers to go back to the way they were then I will discuss this with Indian and maybe it would be better for them to be without admins and just have BF2CC handle things. I understand that there has been a heavy handed approuch to the servers but with the way they were it wasn't a fun place to play. If I have offened anyone I'm sorry and if I have over stepped my place with Indian I accept his rath but in the end maybe it would be best for us to pull out and let Insomnia go back to the way it use to be.

I absolutely agree, force team switch is a terrible rule.

So it's all your rules or nothing? You need to read fully what people are writing. We like the admin, but dislike the total bombardment of rules and lack of team play that was the Insomnia trade mark. Why cant there be a meeting in the middle. I dont go into a new unit and pull a John Wayne and change everything that has been in place as soon as I walk in the door. Find out what works and what doesnt. Get input from those that been around and make the decision. Nothing is in stone.
