So if we pay $90/month for a Check Point edge box, we can't manage it?

I don't think it is not possible. I asked and a technican told me that was possible, but the only free support they offer then is restart or factory reset. If you mess things up in firewall then you must pay $150/hour.
I decided to use ticket system for firewall managing. This is free (or better is included in firewall price). In general every request is processed after 30min.
