By far and away, the best thing was bringing in the BFROE admins. This unfortunately has became a hacker haven for many so called "regulars" on the insomnia servers, both bf2, and 2142. I am glad to see that there are admins on most of the time, and thank god, the one I used to play a lot of, the 24/7 Sharqi, has admins on now...now all you see is the hackers whining and complaining, ie, jabomb9, SIL + Warehouse and all your alias', and there are soooo many others to mention...why do you guys stay on one particular server....mmm..maybe because they dont have punkbuster streaming, and your t2x and msx hacks work fine on thier servers, and you can "rip up the n00bs"....try playing on a diff server, let alone a diff map once in awhile...you guys constantly chopper whore, and then whine when you dont get it...honestly, I played on these servers a fair bit, and once I had seen all the hacks, cheats, and exploiters run the gammit on here, I went away and played on others. It is great of Insomnia to offer these for free to play on, and by all means, play on others if you are not satisfied, or better yet, buy your own server, but finally, perhaps with some decent admining of these servers...more of the old time regulars will come back once the likes of warehouse, jabomb, melen4yc, abmv and the like are all permanently banned! Congrats on a fine job Insomnia and BFROE...my hats off to you both!....now, let the whining of the hackers, and of the "I'm not a hacker but...", begin!!!

I think your someone with no skill that whines when they get killed over and over again. Why don't YOU go somewhere else and play? These "hackers" that you mention have hundreds of hours in the chopper.. and your the kind of person that crys when someone goes 80-1 gunning in the chopper. Get with the program!

good call kevin!!!!! i play on the 64 man wake in the mornings on my days off. this morning there were ALOT of people forcing tk's and playing like idiots. i hopped on their ts and asked for an sdmin to come in and monitor it. they did and cleaned up pretty quick. i think the people you find here bitching about being kicked or banned are definately the people who need to be kicked and banned.

I've played on this server more than most of you guys have played all of BF2. If my friends seabiscut, jesse, mac, redhot, zen,etc and I aren't considered the "regulars" by now, who is? The reason I play here is exactly what you mentioned in your post...the friends, the open-minded admins, not to mention great ping, constantly full servers, and great competition from a few & easy points from the rest. (you are not one of the few in case you are wondering.)

I might yell at stupid players, or drop an occassional F-bomb when someone f***s up. But I don't whine when I don't get in a chopper, I go steal the other team's, or I go cap flags, or I command...anything to help my team win. If you haven't played on my squad before, join it and see how organized I keep it. That is, if you are good enough. There is a reason we are usually in the top 5 scores for the round.

You've got a lot of nerve mentioning my name with the likes of mele and two061vbma. There is a difference between competitive/rude/mean and CHEAT. I have one f***ing name, SiL+WAREHOUSE, no others. Why don't you type a pm to Klaude and ask him how many videos & SS's I have sent the admins regarding FRAPS'd teamkillers and cheats before you write more stupidity. I bet I have reported more of the bullshit that plagues this great server than any other player. And...while I, too, am supportive of the new BFROE admins and the potential they have to offer us, there is still much work left to be done. I would argue, that it is players like YOU on the other hand, that are ruining this server with posts just like this with misguided facts and unsupported claims of which you are 100% wrong.

I'm glad the BFROE guys are working out for ya'll.

Now that BFROE are here to not only enforce the ROE but also make the i365 server a much pleasant environment to play at, you can be sure that the the minority of (fairer) players will enjoy playing here a lot more.

From what I've seen on the wake servers I've been on is the total lack of team work on the Chinese side. Most players just sit there waiting for a plane or chopper to spawn and tk when they don't get it. As for the language we all have to respect the other players and their ages but we all have to respect the ppl that take the time to admin the servers, it's not an easy job and pretty thankless too.

K it does not work as you think. They keep any negative opinions suppress so it all looks nice when you read those forums. Ask them how many post they deleted to make it look like it is all one happy family. I use to play there all the time but not anymore. It is too happy for my taste. Indian Scout FTW.

BFROE hasn't had moderator access to the forums for a week or two now. I haven't edited any posts in quite a while either. If your posts are getting edited or removed please let me know and I'll see whats going on. I don't like that kind of stuff either.

PM it to me if thats cool. I'll send it off to their head guys. Lately IndianScout has been cracking down on his abusive admins, and I'm compeletely confident that they'll handle the situation. Klaude, thank you for showing as much interest as you do in these forums. I know I had things deleted from here on 12/21/06 regarding what I felt to be some unfair treatment by Bfroe. I will be sending a PM shortly explaining the details. I truly hope you will read it. I want to say this once again, you have made a good effort , Bfroe would appear to me, to be a very reasonable choice for finding someone to Admin. I still believe in the concept of what Bfroe claim to stand for. So I thank you very much for attempting to bring some order to what I consider to be some of the best servers left where BF2 is concerned. However, it would be ashame to see the respect and credibility in such a concept, lost due to a "MOB Mentality" or other such errors in the administration of this wonderful idea. Thanks again for your time, and I hope all these minor problems work themselves out.. Peace!
