Totally new to DNS, so heres the question, i bought a domain from TP, which i have setup as DNS to our gameservers, say one is server1.joesmith.com and other is server2.joesmith.com, if i want to use the main domain joesmith.com for a site, can i have TP change the name server to point to a host i use? With that though would i lose the ones pointing to the gameservers?

I believe that is possible...they'll just need to add the A records for your subdomains, and the correct record for your main domain..

I.E


srv1.domain.com IN A myIP1
srv2.domain.com IN A myip2
domain.com IN A myip3



So yes...should be no problem.
