From your experience, how long does it take to have a server provisioned from servermatrix.com?

I phoned exactly like you said and spoke with a young lady.

The result was this:
She was totally unhelpful(had an attitude) and told me I need to ring the sales department tomorrow(she just wanted to get me off the phone)

If that really happened, that sure is rare. I have never spoke to anyone at TP who has been rude. Very few companies match up to the service I have received here. Now, TP still has work to do with different departments and services and they have their issues, but is a great company to work with non-the-less.

Today was the first time I've called TP in a long time. Was checking on the status of a server I ordered Friday.

Anyway, I think I got transferred to EV1 servers...are the two phone systems tied together?


Cause I called the 800 number and got theplanet recording thing, then the person that picked up said thank you for calling EV1 servers.
