Does the $25 OS Reload includes the rebuild of WHM/cPanel?

If your server had Cpanel/WHM on it prior to the OS reload you will not be charged extra for it.

This should be handled during the reload process. You shouldn't need to leave a note as our records (Hardware Objects) contain installed software, ips, etc. It won't hurt to put a reminder in the notes section of the OS reload ticket though.

The OS Reload will not affect my 2nd hardrive (which is now used fully as a backup drive)?

Be sure to clearly mark in the ticket that the secondary HD should not be touched.

This should be done, by default the secondary drive will be used in the default partitioning, only if it is asked to be preserved will it stay intact.
