on my server :
linux RHE 3
WHM 10.8.0
cpanel 10.8.2-RELEASE 119

urchin is started but shows zero stats some days in the month... it happens very often and may last a week to 15 days.

I have no statistics since 09/16 now and I'm not able to see what is the problem.

I noticed that from cpanel, webalizer shows me last report from 09/16, same day Urchin started to show null statistics.

Is there a link between webalizer and urchin ?

Does it mean that my problem is on apache or some logs ?

How large are your domain access logs. If they are 2.0 GB or larger, it can cause problems with statistics processing.

I cannot see which access_log is used for this. Where can I know this ?
I looked at httpd.conf
And this access_log seems not to record any traffic for the domain.

I must say that I'm lost.

Your domain access logs are located in the '/usr/local/apache/domlogs' directory. You can find the largest files by running this command.

ls -laSh | head

You are right : my logs are 2GB

What is the clever way to flush them ?

Your best bet would be to setup automatic log rotation with the 'logrotate' tool.
