Full Version: Who do I notify at the planet about DoS attacks?
We've been getting hit for almost week now with syn floods. We've sent emails to abuse@ and noc@theplanet.com with no reply.
Have you opened a support ticket through Orbit? That is the best way to get your info to our Security team?
Im not a customer.
Contact your host then so they can open a ticket with us. 
So abuse@theplanet.com is worthless then. Thanks.
