Earlier I saw a bunch of websites giving mysql_connect too many connections error, then I tried logging to WHM and the page can't be loaded.

I tried deleting some large files (over several G's) via SSH and restarted the server. Mysql connection error is gone, can login to cpanels fine, but WHM still can't be loaded.

Any ideas?
