Can't get my server to restart (PLESK 2.5)

1. tried 'reboot' from PLESK control panel - receive a message stating that it is rebooting but it doesn't

2. tried restarting PSA and reboot at command line without any luck either

Any suggestions?

It certainly sounds like a bit of a bizarre error. Submit a TT is my advice.
When you try it from command line what does it say?

If you can get to the commandline, try issuing a SYSTEM reboot.

Had to get a RESTORE done on the box, server wouldn't come back up

What was the diagnosis on this event? Why wouldn't it boot up?
