hello, somebody can say to me that to make to fix this?

cat: /boot/System.map*: No such file or directory
grep: /etc/yum.conf: No such file or directory
grep: /etc/yum.conf: No such file or directory
Your operating system's rpm update method (yum) was not able to locate the glibc package. This is an indication of an improper setup. You must correct this error before you can proceed.

Correct me if I'm wrong...cpanel was only ment for dedicated servers?

Cpanel can be installed on VPS's however a lot of work is requried to get it to work correctly. The most complicated of that work is getting yum installed and working.

You will need to install this via rpm's or compile it from source (as well as any depdencies).
