Do you think it's possible to run the following on one of the DX2.8's? Assuming they are all entirely full 90% of the day? I realize that's a loaded question I just run mani admin on it really, beyond that there are no plugins or anything.

I haven't had a chance to properly benchmark 100tick, but offhand I'd say that'll likely overload the box if they're all full. Our dual Opteron box should be able to handle that much better than the DX2.8(+).

The top 4 servers are full at almost all times. The bottom 2 would be private servers that would be used rarely, and never simultaneously.
