Been about an hour now, currently 12:35 EST, that I can't get my Cortex page to come up. Am I alone?

That would probably mean there is something wrong with your server.

Are you able to ping your server?

Yup, the server, at least the BF2 instance running on it, is running fine. I can also connect via FTP, just can't get the Cortex login screen to even come up.

I don't mean to ask a stupid question, but you're using http://yourip:8365/login.php as the URL, right?

If that's the case, I would open a support ticket. The login page for you has no ties with that of other machines, unless you have your machine(s) clustered.

If you've got access to the server then restart the Cortex web server. If that doesn't fix it or if you don't have access to the box then please open a ticket.

It's a ranked OS, so...well, you know. I opened this ticket. 1265312PLNT, waiting for someone at The Planet to take ownership of it though.

Call and listen to the funky (and badly in need of replacement) hold music! It helps to soothe the soul....

Either that or you become more irritated than when you first pickup the phone. It's really a flip of the coin.

Last time I called The Planet I ended up speaking with Kevin's brother, I don't know which was worse, the hold music or him.

IRT Bob - Yeah, I've talked to Michael a few times. Honestly, I hate getting any other sales person. It seams like whenever I order a server with Michael, I get what I want, setup the way I want it, and it's done in a timely fashion. Otherwise, it's hit & miss. Maybe just my luck...

The old music is definetly in need of a overhaul. Although Kevin generally picks up on a couple of rings
