Friends, I have a problem with my server.

Tomorrow I connect to server and did update Windows 2003 by using built-in Windows Update feature. The process finished successfully and I restarted the server. But after that I could not re-connect to my server.

Pinging the server name and IP address gave result: "Request time out"

Please let me know how can I get contact to The Planet Customer Care and how can I have them to reboot my server.

Thank for any suggestion.

Open a ticket at https://orbit.theplanet.com.

Check in Orbit if your server is up before you submit a Reboot ticket.
