How can I ban a ip from whole server ?

If you have APF installed, all you have to do is:
apf -d IPADDRESS
Or, use the Firewall Module in Plesk and add a rule that blocks the IP.

So, if I do it as you said, do they still show my website ?

No it wont...if the ip you add tries to access the server, it drops the connection to it.
