Once APF is no more updated, there are another good firewall to use with Linux + Cpanel?

APF isn't really a firewall. APF is an API for iptables, the deep-down kernel-based packet dropping, policy-based firewall. You can always set the iptables rules manually. As for an alternative to APF, I don't know of any.
