Hey guys. I just wanted to plug the cPanel training seminar thats happening early next month over in Houston. We're sending a few of our techs down there, and would love to see if some of our cPanel using customers could make it there as well. The classes they have scheduled look informative and can really help all of us out.
It's happening June 8-9 at the Westin Galleria in Houston. You can find more details at the site devoted to the event:
http://trainingseminar.cpanel.net/ . If you have any questions about the seminar please send them to Nick Nelson <nickn@cpanel.net>. He's cPanel's technical liaison. See you there!

Anybody in the Dallas area going down there with friends, but wants to come back Friday night?
Im looking at going down there for Day 2 only... but I can't justify flying round trip by myself, and looking for someone to split a trip back maybe? I have 2-3 seats open in the airplane... Just an offer.
Please let me know asap, as I can book better that way.

I will be down there as well. Although frankly, Houston in June is not a big thrill for me.

If I had more money and time, I'd fly down there for it...but Hogie will have to represent me and the rest of the pilots in this biz...

How did this event go? Did cPanel have anything useful to share?

They tried to fly down there but Hogie used a cpanel plane and it borked when he turned it on. Said something about needing /scripts/upcp to be run or something.

Good job it wasn't a windows based plane, else he could have been in *real* trouble.

At least then we'd have pictures and videos of the entire event
