Say I have a site in IIS: www.abc.com. I have another site that contains all the aliases that redirect to that site, such as abc.com. Urchin doesn't seem to process redirects. Any suggestions? I want to see how many people are hitting these aliases. If no one is using them, then we can get rid of them.

Which type of redirect(s) are you utilizing? You may be able to check the referrer or one of the other drill down stats for this info. Depending on how you are redirecting and logging the site there may be a few options to collect this data. What OS and web server are your running?
