Had a reseller add some new domains and installed FP extensions on them. When he tries to upload his site via FP gets the following error;

Server error: The server extensions were unable to access the file "www.sitename.com.conf" Please check the file permissions.

He has installed and reinstalled FP and also deleted one of the sites and started again with no resolve.

Since only the new sites are the only ones that are doing this where would the problem most likely be?

Running Redhat Ent 3 with WHM 10.8.0 and cPanel 10.8.1 S114

Did just updat to stable release today to see if problem would be solved but did not help

Any help appreciated.
