Is the Planet having issues atm? I am getting some high packet loss and can't seem to get passed the login screen for Orbit.

Can you please provide a traceroute to our network so that we can assist in locating any issues that might be present.

I believe this might just be a problem with my ISP.. however I still entered a ticket and also added an additional network issue I've been experiencing for a long while now which isn't related but I'd love some insight on what might be causing it. Thanks for your help!
