I am still having issues on all my boxes. I submitted a ticket but havt gotten a response yet. Pelase help.

We are having problems also. Tried to shut down an instance to delete and reinstall but instace will not shut down. The instance is off in cortex but is still running. Need some help please. Thanks!!

Thanks for the update! Every thing seems to be ok so far.

May I ask on the next update that we get a ballon for the unzip like we have for the download, delete, veiw, modify etc...
I found out the hard way the other day, "Hey what does this button do?" and a few hunded screen shots
were born in my main dir. Oh sure it maybe funny now but not right after I unzipped it it wasent. :shock:

The unzip icon should be documented in the key on the left-hand side of the file browser. If it's not please open a ticket and we'll find out why.
