When will there be a Shared or MYSQL service from the The Planet?

Also, i was proposed by some clients of me how cant pay a full server, to offer a semidedicated server, that could be possible but i dont know of for example 4 users per a server will the hardware support this. Each with 100 users online on the forum MYSQL.
Less than 4 users per server is not a deal for nobody. And a for a semidedicated i could not charge more than 60$. Any tips?
