Anyone know when the RAM order will be in?

Wow, I would say you have a reason to ask around the forums. Most people post after 1 day.
You need to call them and ask the status of your RAM order.

I have updated my ticket and asked there yesterday, but word yet.
They always say that the ticket system is the preferred way to contact them, and I have done that, I was just hoping someone from The Planet would have an idea and could answer here.

The ticket system is, but you are paying large sums for these servers. They can handle your call once.
Call them.

I have checked on your ticket and it appears that your RAM is available. You just need to schedule a window for the upgrade to be completed.
