I just ran the Microsoft Baseline Security Analyzer. I made any corrections I could, but I have a question.
The report mentioned removing the following shares:
ADMIN$ C:WINDOWS
C$ C:
D$ D:
Will removing these shares disrupt the web server or somehow mess up my ability to use Remote Desktop?
I ask because the the comment for the ADMIN$ share is "Remote Admin".
Thanks for any thoughts!

They're administrative shares. Windows creates them by default and will re-create them if you remove them unless you modify the registry. As long as you have proper permissions on your filesystem, you should be fine.
