Emails send from any hotmail account to ANY of the domains on my server are returned as non-deliverable. Unfortunately the return message does not contain any error codes that would help me identify the problem.

Where on a cpanel server would a domain be blacklisted for the hole server and not just a single account? I did not see anything really in my exim configuration file that would pin point to the problem.

Is your server blacklisted?

Also check to see if you have an rDNS entry set for your server.

No, it turned out to be one of the SPAM checking lists did block Hotmail. Once I removed that setting from Exim everything worked.
