Hogie lives in TX, so unless they have executed their right to withdraw from the union and didn't tell anyone he's in the US.
thanh
Nice, congrats!
Picchioni
Nice going Hogie!!!

Hey now you can fly circles around DC5 until Kevin or Logan come out and either throw start to throw rocks at your plane or flip you off!

D5 is inside the Class Bravo Airspace infront of Dallas Love Field.... (KDAL for you guys wondering), and I doubt they would like a little cessna circling in their approach or departure area, heh...

We *might* try for some aerial photos of Dallas when I get the nerve to ask for clearance into that airspace. Who knows, that could be in 3 weeks when the britons are here, and I'll have a cameraman with me;)

Yea, I started figuring that out after people probably started calling me an idiot. For some reason I thought he lived in England somewhere...
shows how much I know. My apologies. A post a while back is what made me think this but don't know what it was and could have been something else.

Its okay. I have colo here, and usually do the remote hands myself since its only a 15 - 20 minute drive from my apartment or the office (unless stupid people crashed infront of me).

Now, to figure out what I want to do with the rest of my day at work... I dont feel like coding anymore today.

Hardly working;)

I just fixed a "major" problem with our web system and Im waiting a few hours to push it, so that they dont think it was too easy to fix.

I think I might load up a game of MOHAA or COD/UO for a while.

Paul & facecake are coming out... That monday they are here, I am flying them to San Antonio for the day, so we will have access to a Cessna to do some flying.. Its only about 7 - 8 minutes of flight time from takeoff roll to the Dallas area where the datacenters are...

Its not smart to take pictures and pilot unless you have autopilot and are setup in straight and level flight, so you need a cameraman with you to take pictures.
Blue|Fusion
I never had any problems taking pictures while flying myself. Granted, I'm not taking the best pictures...I'm just sticking the camera by the window and taking the picture. I still only used the autopilot once for a period of like 10 minutes on a solo X/C flight before getting my license. I forget how to use it now, lol icon_confused.gif

But if you ever come up near Ohio, give me a ring, we'll meet some place and have one of those big, juicy, $100 hamburgers that most people don't believe exist!

Oh, Ive taken pictures without an AP before... But then again I was on a 100 mile leg of a XC, and had nothing else to do since I had flight following. That area is high traffic airspace, so I dont want to be fiddling with that, also, there happen to be tall buildings not far away.

As for those $100 burgers, Im thinking of having one for lunch next week. I just dont know where yet...
