What is MAPS ZONES and how i can configure ??
My server receive a lot spam mail every days .. and i want stop it now.

You can set your server to use a specific RBL black list. You can only specify one in PLESK, however you can manually edit /etc/xinet.d/smtp_psa to add more.
This will filter out a lot of spam, but it will not be a complete solution to your problem.

I recommend using sbl-xbl.spamhaus.org. Remember, using any form of blacklist is like doing chemo on the spam problem. Your probably going to get some friendly mail rejected but overall (at least with spamhaus) the innocent factor is going to be mininum in my own experience.
After adding Spamhaus RBL, out of 15 SMTP connections, 14 of them are rejected by Spamhaus.

I use bl.spamcop.net;sbl-xbl.spamhaus.org;relays.ordb.org
Plesk can set "MAPS spam protection" under Server > Mail when logged in as admin.
