I am trying to find how to do a disk clean up on cpanel, i have lots of spam files and lots of full mailboxes, i don't find where to "purge" all of those.

This may not solve all your problems but if the emails are still on the Mail Queue, you can go to WHM and under Email, select Mail Queue Manager and do a Delete All messages in queue.

If you're just looking to purge it from one account (cpanel), you can do this manually. On the left side once you login you should see where most of your disk space is being used.
