moved a ip based site from raq to ensim, updated site dns to name servers of ensim, moved ip also, deleted site and dns from raq


site name servers are updated and resolve to ensim name servers in whois and dig, but receive Host doesn't exist:

You can not move IP's from one server to another. You would need express permission from Rackshack...they would also need to be on the same subnet to function properly.

You should get another IP from RS for the ensim and put the site on that....otherwise, you could find yourself with some problems.

you know... i specifically asked RS in a ticket if this could be done, move a site from raq to a WB and the ip.. they said YES..

is there a way to change the ip pn the ensim without deleting the account?? i had to also re purchase the SSL Cert, the old one was two months old!

Just go to the Config of the site and change the IP address.
