If someone is Interested it's possible to update apache to the latest version(1.3.34) of apache that is free of well known bugs.

If you are still using urchin 5 maybe that's a "must do".

Just download the binary files of apache that are within the zip file
from here
http://www.j2be.com/data/misc/urchin5_win3...ache-1.3.34.zip
and read the README.txt.
You just need to overwrite the files in the "bin" folder.

I hope that all is working after this simple update!

Remember to disable in your config file the TRACE method that is not necessary.
